Dear Parents

We are happy to announce a new booking & payment system as well as dedicated contact number for School Routes which will come into effect from the 1st of April 2021.

Herewith all relevant info, links and how to’s. We’ll do our best to make it simple as possible. If there’s anything that’s unclear, please feel free to contact us and we’ll help you through it.

Some ElJoSa jargon that will help you with the online forms:
AM = the morning trip to school
PM = the afternoon trip (not sports)
Sports bus = the late / sports bus
AM Pick up = your pick up point in the morning
PM Drop off = your drop off point in the afternoon
Sport pick up = your sports bus pick up point
Sport drop off = your sports bus drop off point
Area = the area (suburb) where your school is situated

Fulltime clients:
As a fulltime client, your child is automatically allocated an AM seat and a PM seat from Monday to Friday (not a sports seat). You do not need to book these online. You will however have to book the sports bus as and when required.

Payments are due by the 25th of each month
Sport buses will only be dispatched for booked passengers only. No bookings = No sports bus.

Payments are due by the 25th of each month and proof of payments must be sent via SMS to 062 174 3866. Example: April’s fee is due in full by the 25th of March.
Payment arrangements will not be considered and any accounts with balances outstanding (and without proof of payment by the 25th) will be suspended immediately. Your child will be removed from the bus and you will forfeit the last few days fees.

Adhoc clients:
Pay as you go applies. You can book up to 2 trips per day (1. Am & 2. PM or Sports). Payments are made via SnapScan only. Please see link below.

School routes administration hours are from Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 15:00 only.
SMS / Whatsapp’s are outbound messaging only.
Cell number for school routes (mentioned above) is the only contact number relevant for school routes as of the 1st of April 2021.


2021 Application Form

Application forms will need to be resubmitted via our online form. We apologise for the inconvenience but assure you that we have made it as simple as possible.
(to be completed by 20 March 2021 – this replaces any and all application forms completed thus far). Please note that ID’s and requested pictures and signatures are compulsory. Incomplete forms will not be processed.

COVID declaration (to be completed before every trip):

Our online COVID declaration form will need to be completed daily. This is mandatory. Temperature checking and hand sanitizing will still take place before entry will be allowed. Mask must be worn at ALL times.
